Dress Return Policy
If you would like to return your dress for a size
exchange or other reason, please contact us in writing
within 24 hours of receiving it to obtain a Return
Authorization Number.
We offer a store credit only for qualified
dress returns. No cash refunds or
credit card refunds will be issued. The store credit is
valid for 6 months from the date of issue, and may be
applied towards another dress purchase from our Special
Occasions Bridal online store.
Authorized dress returns are subject to a 50% restocking fee. Restocking
fee is based on the original purchase price including
tax(es). Shipping charges to and from our store are not
refundable.
What If My Dress Arrives Damaged?
Special Occasions Bridal takes all the
necessary steps to ensure that you will receive your
order in satisfactory condition. We personally inspect
each dress before shipping. In the event that we have
missed something, you should contact us, in writing,
within 24 hours of receiving your dress. If we determine
that the dress needs to be returned, you will receive a
Return Authorization number.
The Following Purchases
DO NOT Qualify For Our Dress Return Policy:
Clearance
Dresses, orders placed with a store credit, customized
dress orders (including wedding gowns with color
accents, other than white or ivory), bridal accessories.
DRESS RETURN PROCEDURES:
Please follow these instructions carefully.
Any dress return which does not follow these procedures,
will not qualify for store credit, and will be shipped
back to the customer, at their expense. No exceptions.
1. You must contact us in writing within 24 hours of
receiving your dress to obtain a Return Authorization Number.
2. Carefully re-package the dress so that it is not damaged in transit. Return
Authorization Number must be printed on the outside of your package, and the completed Return Form enclosed
inside the box.
3. Your returned package must be postmarked within 3 days of when you first received it.
Your receipt of the original order is based on our delivery tracking information.
4. You must provide Special Occasions Bridal with a Tracking Number for
the returned shipment within 3 days of when you first received it. We strongly recommend insuring the
shipment, as we will not be responsible for any merchandise lost in transit.
5. Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We do not accept collect shipments. Shipping costs to and from our
store, are non-refundable.

The
returned dress will be inspected by us when we receive
it. Original tags must be attached, and dress must be in
brand new condition. We will not accept any dress that
is worn, has tags removed or altered in any way, or is
stained with dirt, fluids, pet hair, make-up, or smells
of cigarettes, deodorant, perfume, etc. Any accessories
that were included with the dress such as a shawl,
detachable broach, straps, etc., must be returned with
the dress.
Any package which has to be returned
to the customer by Special Occasions Bridal will be sent
back at the customers expense. If a customer refuses
the package, Special Occasions Bridal will keep the contents
and no store credit will be issued.
