Special Occasions Bridal is located in Okotoks - just south of Calgary, Alberta. Our passion is to help brides create their unique version of their perfect wedding day by starting with the perfect wedding gown.

We are not your typical bridal salon. We are located out of our home office. This is how we can offer our amazing prices on our gowns as we have no overhead, which drives up the price of the gown.

Special Occasions Bridal has been in business since 2005. With over 25 years of experience in the wedding industry, our background is truly a distinct advantage.

Our Gowns

Our wedding gowns are made when you order them and usually only take 2-3 months to arrive to you. The normal timeframe for a gown in a traditional salon is anywhere from 4-8 months.

Most of our gowns include a crinoline sewn into the gown. If you would like a train, or no train, that is no problem. Our gowns are completely customizable!

If you see a designer wedding gown that you are in love with in a salon and can’t afford the price tag of the original, please fill in our custom gown form and let us get a quote from our manufacturer. Most of our replicas come in at about ½ of the cost of the designers’ original gown.

Please Note: There is a fee for a longer train, but no fee for removing a train from a gown.

Payment Plan

If you want to purchase a wedding gown from us, but would like to make a payment plan, please contact us and we would be glad to work out a payment plan that is tailored to you. We understand that with the current economic situation not everyone can afford to pay for their gown in one lump sum.
